Step Up English is a cross-cultural communication online sprint in English that unlocks the potential of global teams and their individual members through peer-learning and exchange, using dynamic resources to build confidence and collaboration while creating the right setting for transformation and innovation. Our carefully-selected resources serve as a springboard for growth and reinforce valuable intra-team communication. 

Authentic and effective communication

What is more, Step Up English is also designed as a high-level language training experience. It includes teacher-led feedback and a language toolkit, opening doors for non-native speakers to actively engage in discussions and brainstorming with their colleagues to co-create change. 

This course serves both as an intensive language course and a team-building experience for non-native speakers of English looking to step up their language skills.

What can be done in a short time?

Because we work in bursts and build a short, intense and collaborative experience, team engagement is high. The initial goal of a sprint can be specific, or transformative, laying the foundations and co-creating a blueprint for growth, innovation, or even a team-led search for new products and services.
